I just read in the paper today that 30 people (Presumably criminals) have been killed by the police in the last few days since this happened. Apparently they are NOT taking the death of one of their co-workers too well, and rather than organize a car-wash fund raiser, they are just going out and plugging all the low-lifes they can find that might be connected to this. The newspaper said the deaths were connected to this shooting. But, of course, they didn't post any pics like the ones here on DR.

Dois amigos would be the proper title, "dos" is spanish, not portuguese, anyway that's quite normal in brazil, from north to south.
