This is just ignorant me speaking here but "Autopsies"? Doesn't look like any of the shown bodies have had much of anything done to them resembling an autopsy. I am also wondering how they ID those bodies. I didn't see a toe tag on any body ( If toe tags are even used there.) so I wonder how next of kin are notified of the deaths. If they are at all. What a tragedy!

It's unorganised because they have a superpower pummeling them on a daily basis, hundreds are dying daily, how are a few people meant to deal with that in a 12 hour shift? Next of kin have to come in and literally work their way through one pile after another. Unless there's a peculiar identifying feature.
