At the 22 second mark he’s got a tiny spray of blood that shoots out from behind his left ear. It’s brief but he’s leaking badly..

I was gonna say that he probably swallowed blood. That makes you nauseous super fucking fast with even a little blood in you stomach. The puke is regular color tho so i kinda doubt thats what it was.

Its weird he didn't puke blood. I feel like a shot to the stomach or throat could definitely make someone puke but the vomit would be mostly blood at that point. You're probably right about it just being out of fear or anxiety. I get nauseous from anxiety just giving a speech at work, i cant imagine what my body would do if i was in full blown shock about to meet my maker.
