Depression I never thought I'd ever get. Being brought up in the bush in Africa, as kids I learnt to just get on with it. No complaining. Hence, I always thought depression was self seeking bullshit....

Until.... I got it!

If you can just imagine your favourite food in front of you. You're starving for 'THAT' favourite meal. But... ITS TOTALLY TASTELESS.

That's the only way I can describe it. Life.. has absolutely NO LUSTRE. NO COLOUR. And there is nothing you can do about it. It's a REALLY FUCKED UP, SHITTY chemical imbalance.

It takes time sorting it out, but when its sorted out, a whole new life is waiting.

I've found on the web several cases of beautiful women killing themselves due to depression, you'd think they had it all but it seems nothing can convince them about the value of their life.
