Dominican Republic - Body of Woman Who Was Kidnapped + Strangled by Her Ex
On the afternoon of 19th April 2021 in the Altos de Abraham neighbourhood (Dominican Republic), 33 year old D.T.B. was kidnapped. At gunpoint, 'D's ex-partner 38 year old F.M.B.R., forced her into his car. He then phoned his mother + stated that he was going to kill 'D', then commit suicide. His mother contacted the police immediately. Her body was found the next day; she was found strangled. The car she was kidnapped in, was nearby. 'F', a Canadian national, surrendered to the police on the 23rd. 'D' had a restraining order against 'F' as he had beat her regularly.
