Dominican Republic - Body of Depressed Officer Who Hanged Himself
On the morning of 21st June 2019 in Esperanza Valverde (Dominican Republic), the body of 43 year old T.F.R.O. was found; he had hanged himself. 'T' was a Second Lieutenant of the National Police. His brother stated that 'T' was a drug user + had been depressed in the days leading up to his suicide.
