 that's just awful. I gate to sound ignorant, but I dudnt think a dog could do that kind of damage. At least not a 'regular', smallish, mutt-type dog. Why is no one screaming??? Calling 911??? Why isnt the lady dead??? Feel so bad for her.

The woman recording the video is the daughter of the victim. She's calm but also pretty distraught over what happened to her mother. At the beginning she kept saying 'look what your dog has done to my mother'.
