Accent is from Colombia near the border with Venezuela. The guy killed someone and they are interrogating him about who gave he order. At the end, he says he “forgot” the other name so they shot him in the leg to refresh his memory.

Re: Does Someone Need To Chew Some Bag?
United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia torture people in Bojaya and Alto Baudo, Chocó. This person turned up dead after torture. Happened a month ago. The war in Chocó rages. According to the testimony of social leaders such as Luís Ernesto Olave, the fight for control of the exit routes of drug trafficking through the Baudo River and other areas of the department by illegal armed actors ended up involving the civilian population, who have become cannon fodder and easy targets for the militiamen. "The clashes are between the ELN and members of the Gaitanista Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AGC) for control of these traditional routes. Because of this situation, 14 indigenous communities, belonging to the Wounaan ethnic group, who live in the reservation have been cornered. known as “Rio Purricha. They are isolated from any urban area (the closest point is the municipal seat of Pizarro) or close help from the authorities, since their ancestral territories were surrounded by antipersonnel mines, planted few days ago in the middle of the confrontation between these illegal factions: We are talking about an average of 1,000 people who would be at risk. There have already been two murders: one specifically in the district of the indigenous reservation, where they killed a teacher, and another one of the governors of that same community; there are also many threats to social leaders. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...es_of_Colombia |
