1st picture is injecting fluid to stop the eyes from sinking ,another way is putting a like a half of a small golf ball under the eyelids, it has small spikes on it to stop the eye lid from moving, and the second picture is tieing the mouth closed, a needle is put through the bottom lip then under the top lip and comes out in one nostril then through the nose and then down to the top lip again and then tie the ends together, or super glue the lips together but you cant allways get away with that
