Possibly practice to be able to more quickly quarter victims, either for easier disposal, or for placement in a bag with a note attached to dump in a neighborhood as a warning.

Lol I wonder how much that costs at the post office. They’ll just dump the body parts where they want them, like they do all the time. Like are you new here? They fucking pile up body parts all over the place, the highway, in front of police departments, middle of a restaurant, etc etc etc. Obviously saves money and adds to the intimidation of who they want to terrorize. |
