O. O. M, a 53-year-old Nicaraguan nationalized Costa Rican, died after being shot multiple times (14) by his neighbor, identified as E. R. Z, who was arrested at the scene. Yes. I agree. BUT it depends. In an argument like this, I just walk away. But for a random attack, where someone just wants to fight someone, I can see a gun being handy. Some people don’t know how to fight and they shouldn’t be forced to learn either.
