I heard there has been some attempts to pass a law in China to force car makers to put the brake pedal in a horizontal position to avoid Chinese drivers to mistake the gas pedal for the brake.  |

To be honest this "accident" has Asian driver written all over it. Looks like Asian drivers go to the same driving school to learn how to stop a car by stepping on the gas pedal. This is so common in China and other Asian countries that it is SCARY! |

Well that certainly explains why we have no Oriental drivers in Formula 1. The question is not whether they are adept in operating motor vehicles at this point. The issue is can they see ? |
