Disabled, Wheelchair-Using Councillor Is Shot Dead On the Street
San Andrés de Cuerquia, Antioquia, Colombia A 32-year-old councillor, Juan C.E.V., who was disabled and required a wheelchair, was shot dead whilst heading home. A 17-year-old, accused of being the shooter, was arrested near a gas station with a revolver in his possession. The teenager had been linked with dissidents of the 36th front of the now-defunct guerrilla group FARC for around six months. Another man, who drove the teenager away from the scene on a motorcycle, remains uncaptured. |

At least it was fast. I must admit I started to feel bad when he was smiling and happy lol, but then for some reason I laughed. What donut patrol will come scold me . If it counts , I wouldn’t have taken that job lol too cold

im suprised the shots to the head didnt do him in immediately. he still had enough strength to lift up his head and feel the pain for a while, it looks like.
