perp kept the gun in his right hand & out of the car. perhaps his intent was robbery, not murder. since he didn't fire, the victim must have felt brave enough to chase him.  |

He wasn't. He also always was a very calm guy, according to family, but in situations like this you never know how one reacts. It was a simple armed robbery but guess he didn't want to lose his money. Police capture two suspects The Civil Police arrested a man and captured a 16-year-old teenager suspected of involvement in the murder of the Director of Amateur and Olympic Sports of Fortaleza Esporte Clube, Roberto Mamede Studart Soares, during an attempted robbery on Monday leaving a bank branch. The Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense (SSPDS) reported that the pair were located by police officers of the Homicide and Protection of the Person Division (DHPP) and the Operational Tactical Unit (UTO) in the city of Morada Nova, 160 kilometers from the capital. They were taken to the headquarters of the Homicide and Personal Protection Division (DHPP) to carry out the police procedures. |

Pretty sure it was a robbery and he shouldnt run after an armed guy. Especially not in Brazil. |
