What country is this in ? Something looks odd. I know the resolution isn't that great, but if I watch it repeatedly, it almosts looks like 2 american soldiers getting shot.
The man at the rear appears to be marching, with a weapon slung over his shoulder. The guy at the front appears to be deliberately trying to attract attention to himself.
My suspicions are that this is in Iraq, and that the two victims are wearing Iraqi army uniform.
