Wow guys, seriously.. This might have bene Cambodia.. They have something like 6 million live mines left there from the Vietnam war i think it was.. People go around disablaling them.

You'd have to be close enough to fire dead center, and I'm not sure that would even work. They are victim-activated either by stepping on them, some have trip wires. They have to be dug up and detonated, this one probably had anti-tampering features.
