That guy had nothing to do with the explosion, bomb was in/under the vehicle already.

Car just parked so don't see any relationship with the guy walking in the street or any planting of a bomb as the car was approaching him. bet it was an early car bomb detonation as most of these dumbasses are stupid as hell.  |

 Brutal.... The way I see it; the guy walking is not connected to the explosion. He is too close to know he won't be injured. Also, just like the sniper videos in Iraq; the guy running the camera is in on the explosion. He knows the vehicle is coming and is probably the guy who detonates it too.
