Delivery Truck Driver Crushed Between Steering Wheel and Back of Cabin
Venezuela. Today on the highway between the city of Ciudad Guayana and the border of Brazil a 3 vehicle collision occured. A bus, a delivery truck and a Hyundai Tucson were involved in the accident. Multiple people got injured and the driver of the delivery truck died being crushed behind the steering wheel. |

I doubt very seriously the truck driver felt anything at all with the exception of “OhFuck!” right before impact. Seeing his crushed skull, to me, says that he died pretty quickly. That’s a helluva wreck…  |

Saw a wreck in the 80’s once where a Z28 slid into an oak tree with passenger door after failing to negotiate a highway curve at a speed>100mph. It took 2 tow trucks to pull it off the tree. At the junkyard - I reached my hand into the car and I could touch both inside doors at once with my thumb and forefinger. (Driver died - car was full of brains and watermelon as he was on his way to a summer picnic and was running late). |
