absolutely the fault of the service staff. Most countries mandate putting up a warning sign blocking entry to the elevator before commencing on the maintenance work

90% of those blaming the delivery boy will do the same exact thing in a similar situation but I hope their memory triggers a warning now that they've watched this vid
