Decapitating a Young Man
On the night of 8th February 2019 in Paso Exprés (Mexico), a man's torso was found. The next morning, the head + genitals were discovered in the Bella Vista neighbourhood, with the message: "Mr. Commissioner, given that your team has not worked and on the contrary all you do is receive money from all criminal groups, here we give you the clue of one of the groups that are extorting money and stealing cars in the city." 2 days later, the family of 19 year old J.R.B.B. identified the body as his. 'J' had spent the last 4 years, along with school friends, terrorising the neighbourhood by stealing vehicles + robbing homes + shops. The afternoon on the day 'J's body was identified, videos of him began to circulate on social media. One video shows him, having already bean beaten, being interrogated by an armed group. 'J' admits that he belongs to a criminal group. In another video, 'J's is being decapitated. Another video shows his limbs being cut off. At the end of the video, a warning is giving, stating that the same treatment will be given to all the local extortionists. The crime took place in Cuernavaca. That's at 1m29s in my video (though I think that yours is better quality, Thrumpy). I couldn't tell if he was still alive or dead at the start!
