Reminded me of this incident in Amsterdam, Netherlands a few years back. One of the small time Moroccan criminals had his bonce removed and it was dumped outside the Shisha bar where his cohorts used to hang out. It was put there in broad daylight in a busy area but nobody saw a thing.
