Brazil, During a prison riot in Brazil that started yesterday 6 people got killed and 11 got injured.

The IML reported that the bodies are still unidentified and the causes of death are unknown.

In a statement, the military police reported that there is still no official death toll.

Family prisoners are at the prison gate. Sunday is normally visit day in the unit, but that was canceled due to the rebellion.

The rebellion may have been motivated by fighting groups that exist within the prison unit. "The motivation we are still investigating, but probably there is a core that had been promoting violence against the majority of prisoners.

My biggest question is, where the fuck is the control in these so called prisons??????? Why do these PRISONERS have access to cameras, weapons, fire starting materials (matches, lighters, etc.) Simple, take that shit away from them like prisons are supposed to do, lock each person the fuck up with NOTHING but basic cloths, and dont let them out in large groups....come the fuck on, this happens way too often in foreign prisons.

The prisons aren't built for the numbers they hold. In a lot of prisons in South and Central America the guards job is to keep them in.
