Decapitated Head of Detainee Removed from Prison Roof
Brazil, Two days ago a detainee was murdered during a prison rebellion. Two prison officers were taken hostage in the attempted escape. The PM was activated and the situation has already been under control. According to preliminary information, the dead detainee was beheaded and his head was thrown on the roof of the prison. The riot occurred around 1:30 p.m., when prisoners from one of the blocks managed to surrender the two prison officers. The prison holds 273 prisoners. The capacity is 214. |

What a way to go. Prisons over-populated everywhere. Need to release all the non-violent drug addicts & give them treatment. The US is fucked up too.  |
