A horrifying discovery was made by the inhabitants of a northwest sector of Guayaquil. When they were walking their dogs, they saw three corpses in a water channel that crosses the sector.

Two of the bodies were decapitated and in an advanced state of putrefaction. One of the deceased was only wearing underwear, while another wore all his clothes.

The third body was discovered some 150 meters away. It was complete, but it had a belt around its neck, so it is presumed that it would have been strangled.

According to the police, the case is believed to be related to the discovery of two heads in an apartment block back on April 30th. One of the men was identified as a 35-year-old courier.
