On the morning of January 15, residents of the state of Chiapas reported the presence of a decapitated body suspended on a highway bridge. The head and the rest of the body were hung alongside a narcomensaje addressed to, among others, 'El Güero Pulseras', the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel in the state.

The narcomensaje, in full, read:

This is going to happen to all the people of F.O.A., alias 'Panchito'; J.E.M.M, alias 'El Güero Pulseras', and J.C.M.P., alias 'El Tarje'.

Eyewitnesses reported several armed men getting out of a silver-coloured truck at around 7.40am before hanging the remains and message off the bridge.

I think it is the victim's Mr. Microphone (two wires). He would use his kilowatt car audio to blare "hey babe, be back to hit you later!" and other hearty salutations to pedestrians as he drove around. Until people had enough of it.
