I saw no significant damage to the Tuk-Tuk yet somehow the man riding in it had his head cleaved-off, the head ended-up sitting upright at his feet facing the opposite direction and there wasn't much blood. |

Another case of spontaneous decapitation. This is thought to occur as a result of a weakening of the atlanto occipital joint along with degeneration of the cervical myofascial tissue. A sudden increase of intrathoracic pressure leads to sudden and devastating separation of the head bone from the neck bone. “I don’t give a fuk fuk, I just wanna drive my tuk tuk” |
