THIS MUST HAPPEN LIKE TAKING A WATERY SHIT ON SUNDAY MORNING.I BELIEVE THE COP/TAXI DRIVER ASKED THE COP IF HE COULD POP THE HOOD TO CHECK THE OIL & RADIATOR FLUID,HELL MAYBE EVEN THE WASHER FLUID. WHAT ABOUT A HELMET LAW ,AT LEAST HE COULD OF SUFFERED FOR HOUR'S IN AGONY WHILE THE COP'S PUT ODD'S ON THE TIME OF DEATH.  |

The China men are real pieces of work. Screw checking to see how the guy is, lets just go see the fender damage. I think if he was in their walking path they would have stepped on him.
