absolutely! when I was a young man, I lived on the 5th floor of an apartment. I went to Home Depot and bought a rope, stashed it in the closet hoping I never needed it. I just slept better at night knowing it was there.

No....not at all. No idea.... I've only been an electric utility lineman & fire fighter for 20+ years....but please...educate me. Oh yeah, been to Iraq as well....ran my mouth there too
