I bought "killer bee honey" at a market festival thing in Houston. It's better than European bee honey on my opinion. I was surprised people want to use Africanized bees. After the horror stories. Guy who makes it also the guy selling it said it's no different or dangerous than regular bees. He said this while his hands and neck and ears looked like the rocky mountains with all the bumps. |

^^ my understanding is that the wild africanized variety are much more aggressive than domestic. No choice now in the U.S. the bees are inter-collinating . They are here to stay. |

As a native Detroiter, I can guarantee you that one of the 8 million pickup trucks on Michigan land would stop, throw the victim in the bed & drive him the hell out of there. Africanised bees tend to swarm & follow up to a mile, I believe. People just driving past this guy are assholes.
