I noticed that they say he was UNARMED...but in the video you can hear him say over and over again that he had a gun and would shoot the dog and everybody else. As far as the police knew he had a gun and made a threatening move towards the K-9 officer. I feel bad for the K-9 getting killed by friendly fire doing his job but have no sympathy for Deandre. He forced the situation and paid for it with his life.

He acted as if he had a weapon and when the dog came it appeared he was going to shoot him. C'mon man, take that ACLU shit somewhere else. This dude was wrong, dead wrong. How can you defend this guy and say the "pigs" are in the wrong? You need to get your priorities in line dude.
I'm not on here to pick a fight, but there have been a shitload police officers murdered in the line of duty in my city in the last 3 years and I'm sick of hearing people defend the criminal.
