This Happened in Romford Essex in the town Centre, I Live in the next town to this one Hornchurch, Romford is quite a notorious party town with a capacity in pubs and clubs of around 10000, people travel from up to 100 miles to visit..... In England the court system is a joke for murder you get life, but life is only 15 years.... and for good behavior your sentence is halved..... for a first offence of assault, burglary, or car theft, the offender does not go to court just gets a police caution..... Fact if you are attacked in say a park and assaulted and you do not know the person the police will not investigate as it is in there opinion time consuming... you have to know the name and address of the attacker. A couple of years ago i went to court as a witness to a incident that happened in the store I worked in a 17 year old youth racially abused and threatened to kill the stores security guard, the moron arrived 1 hour late for court then we find he has 40-60 other offences he specialised in assaulting and robbing kids as young as 6 years old, assault on the police, arson, criminal damage, threats to kill, public order offences......... he has never been in prison and not this time either.... he told the senile judge to fuck off and the judge just gave him community work to do which he has had in the past but never done..... |

Thanks everybody for your comments. I see indeed, sorry for the repost. I downloaded a package with all kinds of stuff including this video from a private source, but as you see, my private source isn't so private at all. :P Anyway, about the court system in the UK, i can tell the UK is not the only place with a corrupt system. This is a story about the Netherlands. Recently, a young boy (18 or 19 years old i believe) was in court for killing a 13 y/o boy and driving away. He was sentenced to 240 hours of community work, while the guy has 23 other offenses on his name. One and a half month after the the incident, the guy who killed the kid posted a picture of himself and a friend, smoking a joint in a car on Facebook. This picture has been circulating ever since the sentence, which drove people crazy. It's just another example of how sick and corrupt law systems are. In the court room when the kid was sentenced to 240 hours, the family of the boy who died went into a rage and attacked the kid who killed their son. After this happened the guy who killed the boy said he was terrified about what happened in the court room. I can tell you, if it was my son who has been killed by this guy, he would not even have made it to the court room. I'll see if i can post a video and a story about this incident. |

I hadn't heard of this but Iv been attacked myself on so many occasions its disgusting. The last time I had to run away from the police because I defended myself from 5 lads trying to mug me with knives by hiding around a corner and hitting the leader with a for sale sign in his face. (i'm 17+1/2 stone and an asthmatic there was no way in hell I was outrunning them fairly.) you defend yourself and your a criminal you wait to be defended and your just another Daniel Pollen. |
