Being at a school, this situation is much more serious, in regards to other students, teachers, etc. However, at the moment of the shooting, it was NOT justified, under the law and/or police code, etc. But it certainly wasn't done in malice, or complete disregard for human life! Some disciplinary action, as well as counselling, retraining, etc. should be undertaken!
