Maurizio De Giulio, on board a van, has intentionally invested Matteo Penna and Elisa Ferrero crushing them against a guard rail.
The quarrel has began when the van did not give way to the motorcycle; Matteo Penna overtook the van and punched the mirror, without breaking it; the van chased the motorcycle for 1 km until it slowed down to the roundabout, and invested it.
Elisa died instantly, Matthew is in critical conditions.
