Re: Deadly Baltimore County Police Incident
One of the best parts of my military service was traveling around the world. And instead of getting shitfaced and humping hookers, I met locals who invited me to their homes and took me deeper into the country. I've been to places that had I not been invited, would have prob made your parts like Baltimore. There's always worse somewhere. One thing that doesn't change though, is generally you show respect to people and you'll be fine. ...for the most part |

Re: Deadly Baltimore County Police Incident
my opinion: the deceased should not have provoked the cop via slap. i think the cop reacted in split-second self defense, not with overkill (which is unfortunately typical) but in genuinely instinctual defense using the first tool available to him, his hands. the way the deceased hit the pavement looked very accidental, the cop was extremely quick to realize what he had done and did not hesitate to call for medical aid
