Dead Taxi Driver in Cancun
I lived in Cancun for 15 years 17 years ago and it has gone down to shit since around 2005. Nowadays is all about paying protection money, the latest I’ve heard is that drug lords charge a weekly fee to every single construction worker during a new hotel construction making $20,000 US dollars a week, that goes from the architect all the way down to the helpers. Most likely this taxi driver was selling drugs for the competition, the news story goes: Elements of the Quintana Roo Police and the National Guard carry out a strong mobilization in the Cancun-Puerto Morelos section after an armed attack against a taxi driver of the Andrés Quintana Roo union. It was 1:20 in the afternoon when through the 911 emergency center they reported gun detonations on the bridge that connects with the Moon Palace hotel. Upon arrival, police found the taxi driver of unit 7161 of the Andrés Quintana Roo union badly injured by a firearm projectile. The place was cordoned off while the officers carried out a strong mobilization together with the National Guard to find the hitmen. So far, the vehicle in which the armed men were traveling and the state of health of the victim are unknown. A motorist who was passing by the place after the attack, managed to capture the badly injured taxi driver with his cell phone. "There's where the taxi driver looks, he's just shot right now in the moon palace, it's the raffles, look, there's the taxi driver. thrown away, how ugly." "There the taxi driver is lying, look, here is the taxi all raffed, here is the taxi driver, he is lying band, he is alive, he is still alive, here he has just been shot, he has about two minutes," said the man who got out of his vehicle to record the facts. |

Re: Dead Taxi Driver in Cancun
Translation: Look! There's the taxi driver, he has just been shot moments ago, here under the bridge of the "Moon palace". He got caught under machinegun burst-fire, look, there's the taxi driver lying on the ground. How ugly! There's the taxi driver lying on the ground. Let's hang around for a while to see what happens. We're stepping out of the car to check if he has vital signs. Here's the taxi cab all shot up! There's the taxi driver on the ground, he's alive, he's still alive! He was just shot a few moments ago, about two minutes ago. Cheers! |

Re: Dead Taxi Driver in Cancun
Imagine being such a subhuman fuck that you kill an innocent person for a few bucks. Fuck off.

Re: Dead Taxi Driver in Cancun
If the info is correct, he wasn’t looked on as an innocent person. He was a drug dealer selling drugs for the competition. The drug lord who “owns” the area, took out the competition from stealing money from his own area. So this is a message to the completion, don’t hire people to come sell drugs in my area.

Re: Dead Taxi Driver in Cancun
It goes like this: Cartel "A" threatens über drivers and taxi cab drivers to sell drugs for them or get murdered, then Cartel "B" finds out they're selling drugs for Cartel "A" and they kill them. Now the question: What would you do when "asked" to sell drugs for Cartel "A" ? |
