Dead and Smoked Inside a Daihatsu
A frontal accident involving two trucks and a car occurred on a highway in Indonesia. Three passengers of a Daihatsu were killed on site. This deadly accident occurred when the Daihatsu was hit by a wingbox truck from behind. Because of the severity of the collision, the Daihatsu was pushed up to 50 meters and stopped when crashing into the dump truck in front of them. Moments later, the car caught fire. The dump truck owner fled the scene for some reason. All three people inside the Daihatsu died at the scene. In addition to being injured the victims suffered burns throughout the body. The dead were the driver, K. and two passengers S. (50) and M. S. (57). While the wingbox truck driver, L. S., was able to save himself even though the front part of his vehicle suffered severe damage. The police are still asking information from the wingbox truck driver about the cause of the accident. |
