Hmm, He can't have been in there for too long. Not bloated, and not that wrinkly... he must've shit himself. If he were rotten and bloated I'd say rotten flesh juice, but he looks pretty fresh... so must be shit.

Also, notice his missing boot in the bottom of the pool. He must've accidentally fell in (seeing as he's fully clothed), didn't know how to swim, and then panicked, shit himself, and died.
