Yeah, it just depends on the individual. Take my son for instance, he's very slim + has a beard, a moustache + is rather hairy (despite only being months away from being 16 years old!). But then the piece of shit I had my son with, had the body of a man at 16 years old (I was a year older at the time!). I don't know where my son get's his slight frame from though, must just be his genes since he's part Chinese + Vietnamese.

But anyway, yes some late teens can have very slight frames + others large frames, just like adults can have either.
