Dead Handcuffed Man Found On Flames Next to Car - Body Was Carbonized
São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil A body was found on flames next to a burning car near a vacant lot on the morning of Wednesday (5). According to the police, residents reported hearing several gunshots and, upon checking, found the victim's body next to the burning vehicle. The man, who has not yet been identified, had his hands handcuffed. By the time firefighters subdued the flames, the body had been completely carbonized. |
