Guessing to see if the guy was still electrified. I would assume he still is since the guy climbed down and didn't help.

He was checking obv if it was safe to pull the guy down, not really smart since with enough current I think He could've been zapped as well..

He should have turned the tree off first before climbing. Everyone knows that Wind powered trees are much safer, too. And better for the environment! |
