I'm trying to figure out how his arms got like that if he drowned. It seems to me he was in full rigor before he was put in the water.  |

The guys in the boat probably did that for free.. Salt water?? Bodies float better with water high in salinity.. |

They probably found him face down in the water. That's a classic drowning posture. They may have turned him over to ID him.

He could have been driving a vehicle when he went in. And it sounds and the people look Asian. So maybe he was driving one of those gitney(?) cab things, with the open sides, when he hit the water. I have seen a few images of drivers being pulled out of the waters they crashed in and their arms and hands look like this. |
