Looks plausable. His shirt is all shredded like it's had some flash burns which you'd get when being electricuted. The neck injury could be from the fall. Hitting against something..... Don't know. Also, a lot of that blood could be from the impact to the back of his head.

@ 50 seconds the guy is saying that the victim is leaving smoke from his neck and burnt everywhere . @ 1:20 he is saying that is too late to call the emergency , just call the morgue to remove the body. |
