i used to be a scaffolder,looks like hes slipped through the boards on a trap end,it should have been marked up,some shitty workmanship there but hey its china

Even though that is pipe scaffolding on the ground floors they often use bamboo scaffolding wired together higher up with split bamboo walkboards, kinda tied together like a roll up window shade.

Madness I tell you, I've seen it first hand!
