Apparently they don't want to give ISIS publicity, or "promote" what they're doing. They think the videos might provoke others to join up to ISIS.

I was surprised liveleak decided not to show them. Who the fuck knows what's going on. The reason why they don't want people to see these seems pretty weak to me.
