Looks like the driver had a stop sign and came out to early while she was going straight down the road legally. Driver is responsible for medical, funeral bills and should be tried for manslaughter.

They tried to wake her up to tell her she's not gonna make it.... She was 2 seconds to late for crashing into that red tuktuk thing.... That she could have survived... Maybe...

Papi should have had more than enough money to invest in a helmet if he had money for a bike. Probably would have changed the outcome.
