The pedestrian could have done it on purpose. He seems to begin to run to be hit.
It's pretty common in russia to get money from insurance, that's why they all have dashcam.

In no way was that the drivers fault, the Pedestrian practically stepped out in front of the car and completely disregarded his own safety. That was unavoidable no matter how hard the guy in the car hit his brakes, some people are just natural dumbasses.

It wasn't a cross walk from what I can tell so the driver was not at fault. Imagine how wreckless that pedestrian is on a regular basis.
Hopefully the guy died so that he won't put other innocent lives at risk anymore. Natural selection works everytime!

Because as part of being a reaponible driver, he should have begun slowing coming into that. If not for that pedestrian, for the other ones.
