I'm thinking it's a possible suicide here. He didn't seem to apply any evading maneuvers; also I don't think he's Russian, looks more Asian than anything else.

God there's some ignorant people here. There are plenty of East Russians who look Asian. They boarder, Kazakstan, China, Mongolia and North Korea, do you not think in the Southern Eastern parts they would have plenty of Asian looking people.. or do you think as soon as you cross an imaginary line everyone suddenly turns white?
