Weird how there is a vehicle behind cam car, flashing red and blue lights.
Cop (?) on the scene and did not use his vehicle, cones, blink lights, to at the very least alert oncoming vehicles?!?!
Or could have been an ambulance or tow truck, which I’m guessing would also need to act fast to protect victims and themselves on the scene...

Any possibliyy the 2nd brother could have survived? It sort of looks like the car tried moving towards the cam car.

Anyway. Tragic.

I agree, and I think that's just because I'm used to the same as you... emergency services' standard procedures, and how we are used to seeing and interacting with those procedures... I guess folks there don't slow down when they see flashing lights up ahead... or (hopefully) that just happened to be a stupid and/or drunk person..

I agree. Like the previous poster said "room temperature IQ". Looks like they were flying down a two lane road, not multi lane highway, approaching a stopped car in the opposite lane and emergency lights. You have to be pretty fucking stupid/inconsiderate/self centered/drunk/high/Latino to drive like that...
