Darwin Award，At Least Wear a Helmet
On March 14, a traffic accident occurred in front of the 17th Middle School in Shanyang District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China. Surveillance footage shows that a moving electric (motorcycle) car collided with a car in a turn. The three people on the electric (motorcycle) car flew several meters away and fell to the ground, someone bleeding from the head. The local police said the accident is still under investigation. It is understood that the three of them are about seventeen years old. |

Anytime you’re on a motorcycle you need to practice defensive driving. Let’s face it, 60% of the people on the road are morons. Dont let their stupid mistake cost your life. Practice defensive driving.

I think it is the car’s fault. The bike had the right of way. The car continued to turn into oncoming traffic which caused the accident. Not even sure if that was a legal turn into the opposite lane. 3 grown ass people on an electric bike without any protective gear is not the best idea either. |

One of the pithiest and erudite statements ever posted on DR. I never thought of it like that, but 50% of people on the road have less than average intelligence. And average intelligence isn't very much intelligence at all. A friend just lent me his electric assist bicycle today. I've never rode one before, it is fun. After seeing this video I am going to get a helmet ASAP, even though it has a max speed of 20 mph. Think of the loss to Documenting Reality if I wasn't here to contribute my hilarious commentaries on racial awareness. |

Not sure a Kevlar vest let alone a helmet would have helped in that scenario. And remember that no matter how stupid 50% of people are, the other 50% are even more stupid.
