Yeah, he likely (but not necessarily) would have drove drunk and endangered or killed someone someday. Better these sots accidentally kill themselves before they hurt (or kill) others  It's one reason deadly drunk fails are always a favorite with me on DR. It's probably for the greater good that they make that choice to drink and die.
